We have been learning about 'Communities' and today we made our own community.  Some children added a school, hair dressers, food shop, playground, fire station and lots more.  They were very proud of their work!

 This is Hannah's work on the 5 senses.  We have learned about sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste.

 As a class we read 'Bubbles'.  The children then made their own bubbles using pastels.  They also learned about the colours in a rainbow.

 This is Lucca's painting of a djembe drum.  Ms Newton taught the children how to play the drum and sing in different languages.  They had a fabulous couple of days.

Coral and the gang had been reading about Trolls.  Here is her pastel picture of a naughty, colourful troll who has been sneaking into the kitchen!
