Netball by Nathan

On Wednesday I do netball.  You have to run and get a hoop and do some practices.  You have to run backwards and skip and run forwards.  Parents have to hold up the net really high and we have to throw the ball in.

The weekend By Chase

In the weekend I went to my dad's house and I played on my tablet. My dad and I watched some rugby, we went to squash, I played with my sister and we went to the dump. I enjoyed going to my dad's house.

My Weekend by Olivia

On Saturday I stayed at home and helped mum with the gardening. On Sunday I went to the Churton School Fair with my mum, dad and friend Ella. It was so much fun. We brought some lollies which were really sweet and yummy. We also made a cupcake and got to eat it.  We saw a huge pumpkin on a trailer.

My Sister's Birthday By Nathan

On Saturday, my sister had a birthday and it was a little one! We went to Kowhai Park and had a small barbeque. I really liked the sausages! We went on the swings. My cousins and family came. I really enjoyed having my cousins there.

My Mum by Catie

My mum is very nice and kind.  When I hurt myself she always helps me.  It will be her birthday soon and she is going to Wellington with my dad.  My brothers and I are going to my Granny's and she is taking us to my Aunty's place.  Mum does lots of running and farming.  Mum is always beautiful.

The Art Gallery

Our visits to the Art Gallery are a very important element of our curriculum.  The Art Gallery and its’ expert teachers provides support for Fordell staff and much excitement and opportunities for our children.  You can see the children learning about the colour wheel and then making their own abstract paintings.  We appreciate your support with transport and supervision during our visits.  If you haven’t had the chance to come along yet, put it on your ‘must do’ list!

Week 1 2015

My Week by Grace A, Room 3

This week we did art and it was crayon fireworks.  The swimming pool was warm and I liked it.  I liked playing on the tramps.

My holiday by Catie, Room 3

I had my 6^th birthday at my Granny’s.  Me and one of my friends made the cake and it was amazing.  I had sweets in balloons and my friends Eva, Addie and Olivia came.

My week by Olivia, Room 3

I loved going to the pool and having Mrs Crazy Cranstone.  We made fireworks and we used dye and crayons.  I loved drama because we got to act.

My week by Chase, Room 3

Mrs Cranstone was teaching us this week.  I was playing on the tramp.  After school I got a blue and white drink bottle.  This week we went swimming and it was fun.  Yesterday we did drama.

I like Mum and Dad and Kindle.  I like to play soccer with Dad.  I like to swim with Dad.  I like to camp with Dad.  I like helping Mum.

My holiday by Caleb, Room 3

In the holidays I went to Wellington and saw Nitro Circus.  I saw men do back flips and I saw a snow mobile.  On the way back I got black shoes and I got tattoos!
