It takes a whole year for the Earth to go around the sun from Christmas to Christmas. The sun is the hottest thing in the solar system. Venus is the second! The Earth is the only planet with life on it! The sun is also the biggest thing in the milky way. The Moon's light is just the sun reflecting on it's surface so if there is a half moon you know that the earth is in the way of the sun so not as much light is shining on the moon.

The food and accessories floated around because there is no gravity in space! The astronauts had to be clipped in to their beds against the wall because otherwise they would float away! I think I would like to float around in space, if I didn't fall out!
